Yes, Caen is looting Interplay and he is doing it right in the SEC filings and the SEC so far has not cared to do anything to protect shareholders when a CEO has committed treason against the shareholders.

Instead of building shareholder value, Caen has actively done his best to destroy it :-(

That's how its seemed to me for a long time also. Won't prevent Caen from being extridited on US securities fraud charges though.

Sorry Kharn, I think I know what you mean now in losing the DA license but I think that is assenine if they do lose it with such a hit title. Vivendi needs to step up to the plate and pay this minimal fee since it is ludicrous to lose millions for not paying a small multi-hundred thousand dollar fee...

They've already lost their D&D rights for Dark Alliance but now they own the Dark Alliance Trademark and the only way they lose it is by selling it. They figured that Dark Alliance is established enough to go on its own on the PS2 and XBOX and they could be wrong but I think a million plus fans of t...

Orionquest, I think Spook's referring to the lack of 10-K filing which added the E to the ticker symbol. But guess what, they just filed it: http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6351 I know that's what he's referring to since the filings I spoke of might have something to do with that. ...

I had a longer reply but my MS BSOD ate it :-) Anyways, thanks for the response guys. I like in Northern Virginia, 10 miles from Washington DC. I was stupid enough to go back to work after my medical leave hours ran out so that I do not get them to replace me back in december. I was out for almost 3...

By the way, this is off topic but I have not filed for a greivance against my former employer since I'm such a nice or naive guy even though it was within my right while I was employed since my torn disk was due to wear and tear mainly from my job + lack of lunch hours and breaks due to the amount o...

Zorrelack a company that can`t pay employees salaries and medical and dental planss, taxes or even the bandwith for a message board isn`t undervalued in the stock price. It`s broke. Simply as that. I agree with Phosphor view on Caen buying shares, it seems the most logical answer, but i don`t know ...

The word is Caen bought almost 9 million shares directly from IPLY coffers in order to infuse it with just enough money to pay the back rent or pay the employees. Don't know which is which and it's not like He's very clear with his intentions. back in 2001, Caen and Titus had the chance to sell IPLY...

They actually do have Q1 revenue from the European release of BGDA2 and FBOS and also additional payments from additional orders for North American Titles. They should have more than 5 million Q1 revenue and also some reorder revenue from Q2. Q3 revenue will depend on whether or not they release a t...

Either the electron pair that was seperated have an innate instantaneous communication link or they violate Special relativity by communicating faster than the speed of light.

We have yet to decypher which interpertation is the absolute correct one.

Taks, you want to peak my excitement, answer me this: In your opinion, how close are you in your field to breaking down matter, transmitting it through the airways, telecom networks and SAT equipment and recompiling it on the other side and I don't mean the single photon gimmic experiment that's bee...

I don't think we can ever reach a true theory because if we do, we'd be completely bored and there would be no reason to go on. It's nice to have a new Theory though that would explain a lot more than the current ones do. We have to keep striving. If we reach a final theory, there would be no more n...

vry real world but I said "exciting real world application". with an emphasise on "exciting" that flew by you. so the concept of sending signals over the air, cramming the maximum out of every bit of shannon's theorem is not exciting to you? sorry if you chose such a subjective test, but all the wo...
