Here's a better page on it

Extraordinary General meeting (AGE)
The extraordinary general assembly (AGE), which can be convened at the request of the management of the firm or a group of shareholders, has to come to a conclusion about the modifications of capital, the modifications of statute and on any operation likely to modify the constitution of the capital or the current operations of the company.

In other words, they're drilling the Caens. A "what the fudge are you doing, dude"-meeting

This meeting is in about two hours. I bet the french shareholders are as pissed off as the american shareholders. Titus is trading at .29 euros. Down today .01 euros or 3.33%.

It's an "Extraordinary" General meeting. I wonder if they are voting on an offer to sell Interplay or to proceed with bankruptcy.

Who'd buy Interplay?

If they're going anywhere with that company, it's filing bankrupcy.

But look at the situation, Caen has been ripping off all companies he's been involved with. I'm guessing the shareholders are a bit...miffed.

I`m following this, the first meeting was delayed because of lack in quorum, today it will happen no matter what, no news on what it is really going to be discussed at this point.

IPLY has been Tituses main source of revenue, if IPLY goes under i would expect that Titus would soon follow. Tituses stock is only down 3.3% right now. I would expect the stock to nose dive.

Have the feeling they are voting on Interplay's future in this meeting. Wish I knew how to read French, would love to read what they are discussing in French forums. Wonder if they are aware that he probably just lost all D&D licensing rights.

I have a feeling there's more of concern at this meeting than D&D rights...
There are worlds out there where the sky is burning. And the sea's asleep and the rivers dream … People made of smoke and cities made of song … Somewhere there's danger, somewhere there's injustice, somewhere else the tea's getting cold!
