Aren't they one in the same. I was raised that there is one god but many names for god.

There is no God at all, but Zeus is definitely the more interesting one.

Funny, I thought there was many gods, with one name each.

Assuming "God" is the god of Jews, Christian and Muslims, I definitely prefer Zeus. Drinking, debauchery, lying, trickery, infidelity etc. are more interesting tenets of a faith than celibacy and asceticism :)

Even in the Bible (for what it's worth) God never claimed to be the only god.

she/it/he did suggest though that she/it/he's the only one that should be worshipped

anyway the poll is actually roleplaying one of the two, so, zeus has more human qualities while technically being just as powerful, which makes him probably easier and possibly more fun to roleplay and god is much more abstract which makes it more of a challenge, i suppose i'll go with zeus as he would probably be more entertaining

I don't think Zeus is quite as powerful as the judeo-christian god. Zeus certainly isn't omniscient. And he isn't omnipotent either. A greek God can never undo what another god has done...

If I had to roleplay either one of them, I'd definitely pick Zeus....

God, without a doubt.

Me and god has this contest about who can annoy the other the most, and right now he's winning be quite a bit, but a little naughty roleplaying would be sure to piss him off.

Actually, I'm flirting with a christian girl from my class only to annoy god.

Ah! To see the youth so readily corrupted, and at such an age!

I'd rather roleplay the Immortal Emperor!
I do bugger-all, but that's OK;
I sleep all night, and I read all day!
