A bit late, but...

Denmark qualified (much to my shocked surprise) for the European Championships in Poland/Ukraine by beating Portugal in the last group game. Sweden and Holland got tickets too because Sweden beat Holland.

Hmmyes, actually watched that match over Holland-Sweden because we were already qualified ;)

Happy we were able to 'allow' the Swedes in though :). (And i know, it was a good match, you (tactically) deserved it, no worries)

The playoff draw could have been better though. Would've liked to see both Turkey and Croatia in. Better yet, would have loved to see the unseeded Turks take out the Portuguese. Now i have to have my hopes on Dzeko, just like 2 years ago, but things will be hard..
Seeing Ireland again is great too, they should be able to pass the cinderella's from Estonia. Czech should make it as well v Montenegro, which is fine too, i always quite like them as well.

The goal scoring winner of this years season got bough to Malmö FF last day before the window closed...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wfBBvumR ... re=related

He sure do look reeaaaaly enthusiastic to get questions before the Alkmaar game! I have big hopes for him next season! I believe he did score about 4-5 goals already in maybe 10-12 games which I find decent enough since I believe he didnt play all of the last games and is fully new in the team! He is big, he scores on anything and is very needed in Malmö FF as we had problems to created goals this season, Daniel Larsson been really bad and Agon Mehmeti been even worse and is now leaving and proclaimed to be going to Palermo...I think he will warm the bench for the others or something! Molins went to Holland, he was a right winger but damn that guy could go past 3 players and then do a goal! Was wonderous to see last season. Sadly broke something in his leg and cannot play for his team =(

But if he ever returns he is soon in the Swedish National team and I am sure he will do it great in Holland! Keep an eye open Sauzi! ;)

Saw the result of the European Championship draw. Looks like Denmark is playing Holland and Germany (and Portugal) in their group. Yay...

Sweden looks like they are in for some fun too.

I saw 22 idiots chasing a ball and every time they caught it, they kicked it away. Maybe it's not allowed to be on the field, but why do they keep throwing it back then??

The thread says international Football.. did you really mean soccer? Should I change that above from idiots to suckers then?

Football > Jan

Yes, there are bad and boring games amongst them. Depends on how much the teams and fans hate each other. Sometimes the overcharged emotions can make up for lack of skill.

Sometimes it's just a disgrace. Yes, I'm looking at YOU Austria and Germany.

Heh yes, that was a nice day, seeing City and United go out :).

Nice group of death again btw, we seem to have some sort of subscription on that. I dont mind it though, makes sure nobody starts the tournament with underestimation. Now just lets hope we dont face a second tier country in the final eight and go out against Poland or Russia.

New Swedish star on the rise in Netherlands? Jan Guidetti in Feyenoord just scored his second hatrick this season!

0 - 0 and 5 - 0 lose today is pretty damn bad! And we are the team everyone think will win the gold this year...I am ashamed..
