Re: Random rant of the day
Seemingly, they think its only me eating not enough.
I live in the west 2014 and have problems with gaining weight. Ironic in a society where people have problems gaining. I do not eat enough fat and carbs so my body starts eating away on my muscles, giving numbness, muscle pain and dizzyness. That is alteast the current think they think I got problems with. So yeah...I have high values of fat or whatever he called it in my urine which is signs of me lacking fat and carbs.
Hope you folks get better too! We common folks sure do not gain much help these days.

My dog has been exposed to lyme disease, so far no symptoms but we're giving her antibiotics
I have no time for flat characters why should I have times for flat people?
I'm Otto von Bismarck watch me blow, watch the butterflies coming out of my nose.

She could feel bad and possibly die if her kidneys give out.

After having my dog on antibiotics she's doing well. I just hope the disease leaves her system. We have her on frontline again so that will help.

I'm glad to hear she's doing better. I love animals more than people, puppies especially.

Math? Eeewwww.
Beyond making sure you get the right change in stores and being able to balance your budget... who needs math? Have you decided to become a rocket scientist?

Re: Random rant of the day
Some people are incredibly stupid. Some people are incredibly vain. Sometimes though they combine. That's when the fun really begins.
A while ago I worked on a texting service, so when your package is loaded on a truck and said truck starts its last mile delivery tour we're automatically texting the customer with the estimated time of delivery (assuming the phone number belongs to a mobile service). It does its job well enough.
Due to technical reasons in the implementation (email to text, basically) it is also possible to actually answer said text on your mobile, which is then converted to an email and relayed back to the sender address, where no one actually reads the answers, because it is an automated system with absolutely no user interaction.
Still, it's hilarious to read over the answers from time to time.
How dumb can people actually be? Or how vain? Do they honestly think that they're being texted by SOMEONE instead of some automated process, and that someone actually cares for their answers? That they really are a special snowflake and pretty much are the only delivery that day (heh, that actually happens more often than you think)?
Extra points for ordering the "next work day" express delivery service while texting "nah, not at home today, come tomorrow", as if that would be easily possible.

Re: Random rant of the day
I can still me moderately amused/bemused by people. But mostly I'm just too old and jaded to even smile at idiocy anymore.
Now my little rant... If only I could get my enthusiasm back for publishing articles on the site instead of spending my spare time playing mobile games on my phone. Friggin mobile games! Damn you!
