He eventually DID play, didnt he? not at first, but later?

If Aragorn doesnt show up more often, then he gets smacked.

I've never run a MB campaign before (though Ive played in one, and have done some on IRC), else I would do this...

People say I'm a good DM, but English isn't my first language...

Yes, Ozzi has started the games and says he's finishing it this time (yeah, right ). I'm actually considering giving him a sticky.

i have dm'ed occasionally and had pretty allright reactions, thouh that might of course be because they're friends. But i won't see myself taking on this internet-game, cause i never even played in one, i dont know what to expect, let alone give to you.

Sorry, haven't been on in a while. I'm at College of DuPage, using a library computer. So, your characters seem adequate, so let's get started. You are just outside of a well-organized town, with two main streets that intersect in the center of the town. As you look over the one-story wooden houses, you see large buildings that look like warehouses. The whole town is bustling with trade, most of it legal. What do you do?

i think it would be best if you start this in a new thread and name it fittingly to the adventure or something (a title maybe) and some more info on how we got there would be good too

and we'll leave this thread as a discussion thread where all the of topic stuff goes

Yeah, we need more info. What's the name of the town? Why am I there? What prompted me to go there? What time of day is it? What's the weather like? Is this setting a home brew or are we in an established setting like Greyhawk or the Forgotten Realms?

What's my motivation?

It is in the kingdom of Candar, and the town is known as Weevett. You arrived on ship (it is a coastal town) and are here because the great and almighty wizard Elminster sent you here.

Because there are so many of us playing, if we could use our character names in our posts as much as possible so as to keep things somewhat less confused, that'd be great.

Actually, i believe I changed my name... Daidoji changed to Kakita.

Oh, and this campaign could likely use more details... ion the descriptions.

Plus, I think we should have a seperate thread for out of character discussions, seeing as the first 50 posts here were to determine the kind of game, the next 100 for our characters, and the last ones comlpaining about aragorn not being around..

sorry my bad, that'll show me cut and pasting from old posts

agree on the more details needed

i think there is no problem with using this as a discussions thread but we can start a new one if you want

Could you cut out the character sheets and put those in a sperate thread? They are all over the place... Kind of hard to find if looking.
