Issue 17 - Hot off the presses!

Post by the paperboy » Mon May 02, 2011 5:24 pm

Extra! Extra!

The Spring 2011 issue of the Winterwind Papers is here!

It's got a futuristic cover, a pretty spring flower editorial and a cup of coffee for the staff, all courtesy of the Lovely Lina, who was responsible for each and every page's image.

Oh, and the "dirty laundry, behind-the-scenes" editorial from the editor!

It's a must read from front to back!

Lina did a fantastic job with this issue. It really is our best looking issue yet in my opinion.

Now we just need to get our lurkers out of lurking and into reading and posting... the same battle we've always fought! ;)

Wow, you would think you had hired a PR/Marketing firm to do the "presentation" bits this time :P

I'll have to read the pieces a bit at a time over the next week. Work is a bitch and everybody being busy, it is going to take a while to read and digest.

What can I say? I'm just floored by the overwhelming volume of comments we're getting on the articles in the latest issue of the ezine... oh wait... that was in a dream I had...

What can I say? I'm just floored by the lack of comments we're getting... C'mon kiddies... where's the love? Same old, same old. Decent level of views, low level of comments. Maybe we're just too good for our own good. I'll wager if our articles went down a notch and were on par with the literary and journalistic standards of articles on MSN we'd gets tonnes and tonnes of feedback. ;)

Take it easy dude. We are old people. We do things slowly and sometimes we forget, but we always grow older..
