Freedom Force vs the 3rd Reich review

Post by Spider » Sat Apr 02, 2005 5:34 pm

Is super heroes battling nazis really the foundation for a fun game? Irrational Games apparently thought so and as a result we have this second game about Freedom Force. But can it live up to the original?

Spider has played Freedom Force vs the 3rd Reich and has decided to let you know what he thought about it. You can read the review here.

Superheroes vs Nazis???

Campy. Really campy. I may have to check this out. SOunds like the gaming equivalent of a 50's B sci-fi movie.

What kind of superheroes? This could be interesting?
I have no time for flat characters why should I have times for flat people?

I tried the demo, and it was tons of fun - too bad it was only one (short) level.

The superheroes are of course Freedom Force. They are inspired by 60s eras comics.

Think 60s Avengers and you'd be on the right track.
