The psycho in LA I assume you're referring too? Yeah. In a way, it's just as well the children died too. The trauma of "Santa" killing your family would be too much for a child to process and would likely lead to a lifetime of therapy.

As for my article itself...

I do fully believe that the human population needs reduction. The world is a mess in every way measurable: socially, politically, financially, environmentally, etc. It's not getting better. It's getting worse.

Since the human race is incapable of waking up to reality collectively, or, at least in enough numbers to make a difference, what we really need is a benevolent dictator with a "green" platform. Or aliens landing in every major city of the world and saving us from ourselves.

When I was writing the article, it could have gone on and on. There are so many points one could touch on but it's hard to do in one page. I also had to make it comedic piece. That's just too touchy a subject to write seriously in an ezine.

I agree, population needs decimating. But as you stated, the problem still stands: who to kill off?

I don't want to go, and I don't any of my friends going down the chute to infinite dumpster of humanity either. And in turn, my friends have friends that they want to save. And before I know it, no one will be eligible to toss down the chute.

Sucks being human, eh?
Project for future: build human brain void of friendly emotions and apply principle on self.

Would be fun to read an article like this in a serious tone though. Wonder how fast Amnesty International, the police or angry mob of "I do care"-people would hunt you down?

Or animal rights activists... Oh, I would love to have a mob of those roaring about! Would be interesting. Would be fun.

Some researcher (forgot who, sorry) suggested that humanity is being split off in two directions at the moment. An educated, good looking, wealthy upper class and a large grey mass of unattrative, unintelligent and unambitious "worker ants", best suited for breeding and working. All a result of selective breeding (i.e. money, fame good looks etc. attracts and interbreeds).

Darwinism at it's best. Cruel, heartless and very successful.

And therein lies part of the problem. A large part in fact.

The people with the money and the power, the people in the best position to affect positive changes in the world are the ones least likely to do it, instead serving their own selfish agendas.

One of the points I wanted to make had the article been longer was about those rich and powerful people, particularly celebrities.

"I've just made 20 million for my last movie and I've donated 10 thousand to feed the starving in Africa."

Uh huh.

Again, I've become very very anti-capitalist lately. Grocery stores even piss me off. All the homeless people, all the hungry masses and your average supermarket has enough food on the shelves, at ridiculous prices, to feed so many but still, people starve in the streets.

I liked the introduction, but it lost me at the end. It kinda felt like two separate pieces trying to fit together in the same one.

It started blasting stupid people and then went off to be about killing everyone. Or 2/3 at least. I think blasting stupid people would have been better to stand on it's own (then preferably written in such a tone that it also blasts IQ elitists who think they are better than everyone else based on that alone, since as you say there are decent stupid people as well) , and the second part as well, with a different intro.

But the tone of it was spot on and it was funny.

And they problem with an article like this one, there were so many ways I could go, so many things I could comment on, that it was hard to trim down to one page.

People who litter.

I love nature. I spend a lot of time along the river, cycling in the spring, summer and fall and hiking in the winter. And seeing broken beer bottles or discarded beer cans PISSES ME OFF!

I've drank my share of beer along the river in my time and a few things:

I always took cans and a plastic bag. No broken glass and when you're done the beer, you crush the can, put it in the bag, take it home and in the recycling bin it goes.

I hate people who litter. And you wouldn't believe all the cans and broken bottles I saw yesterday.

Carnaval! gotta love those christians once in a while! And without fasting!
