As the twentieth day approached, Christian sat in his office waiting for a client as he heard a voice. It was delicate and frail and belonged to a girl. As he turned to look for the source of it, he realized he was alone. In panic he got up and rushed out the building.

Panting, sweaty and shaking he stopped to slouch towards a large autumn colored tree in the park. He felt fear running trough his body, and he had barely caught his breath as he heard the voice again. Delicate and weak it whispered in his ear: "Go, go bathe naked in the fountain. Over there."

Christian hesitated. Him, naked in a park, bathing in a fountain? This was way too crazy for him. What would people say?! And yet he did it. For no reason, or maybe for the hopes that the voice would go away if he obeyed, he got naked. Then, with a smile on his lips he splashed around in the water like a child.

The next day the girl whispered again. She told him to kick the annoying barking dog of his elderly neighbor, and he did. The day after that, she told him to eat as much chocolate as

he could possibly eat, and he did. She told him to have sex with a prostitute, to throw popcorn at people at the movies, to stand on a car and bellow like a moose - and he did. He did it all with a laugh and a smile.

As the nurse came in to his little cell to administer his pills, he looked at her with a grin. And as the little girl had told him to, he called her a fat and bitter cow. She tightened his restraints in revenge.

As she left the room, he turned his head to the young girl. With her pale pasty skin and dirty brown hair, she was hunching over in the shadows of the far corner. She smiled slyly at him. With a mocking tone in her frail voice she then said to him:

"Do you know why I chose you?"
"You didn't," he replied with a grin.
"Yes I did," she insisted.
"No, I chose you. I chose this madness." Christian smiled at her.
"But, why then?"
"Because, everything is magic in a madman's world."
