The Latrine – Satire, sarcasm and sometimes, a sincere message. The writer makes no apologies… well, maybe some… Some of these are filler. A good idea with a bad execution. A funny thought with not enough follow up. After all, why do you think this section is called “The Latrine”??? There isn’t a piece here that couldn’t do with a re-write…
Well, except for “Pong Rocks!”. It is, quite simply, the most brilliant piece of writing that you will ever read.

They smoke a joint. S starts acting, well, differently than most people when they smoke a joint. G and I both wonder aloud if S needed to smoke anything. I privately wonder if she still hears the voices.
Anyhow, the thing with Mephistopheles is that we are all Mephistopheles. Or we could be. I certainly get looked at as if I am. A pariah sure, I can see that. After all, I’m writing an article for a website subtitled “You look at me as if I were Mephistopheles”.
Who reads these romance paperbacks? We’ve all seen them. They are everywhere. Sitting on buses. Sitting in laundromats. Sitting on buses on their way to laundromats…
The “I Hate Christmas Party” first began in the early 90’s. If I had to guess (which I don’t but will anyhow), I’d say ’91 or ’92. Good times. Good years as I recall them hazily through a haze of… well, never mind.
