Well, it went well yesterday. Too well. Oh man I hate alcohol. Always have. I'm a social drinker but...

Any time I do something for my landlord, he gives me a 12-pack. I don't like domestic beer. I rarely drink but when I do it's not domestic so we still had a 12 and an open one, half gone.

So my ex, Lynn, shows up. Somehow me, my wife and my ex drink 18 beers like they're water. Then Lynn orders a some beer for delivery and... oh man. Today is a write off of recovery. My wife and I are moving so slow.

At least the living room/music room looks almost awesome. We just did the walls. I'll be doing the trim next weekend. Three windows, two doors and an archway still to go. :)

It's been so long since I've done any official admin stuff and I forget how to split/merge and stuff so... 1 warning to Gorth for posting this in "Random Events..." instead of "Random News..."

Seriously, never knew they were allies. Now I know. Should I care? South America... just one more place where humans can't get their shit together. And we can say that about any and every place humans live or visit.

Well, it sort of matters I guess, because US troops are lined up at the Venezuelan border. Ostensibly to provide aid convoys to the poor starving population. Could create all kind of interesting situations of Russian and US troops clash physically in Venezuela.

Edit: Ok, I'll see if I can find a random news thread for future posts of that kind

It's just a few below this. Remember, this place was on life support. Marcus, majestic and Merlance, for whatever reason, kept it alive.

Choyrt still hasn't appeared. He said he would. Lyin' little piggie! Let's fry his bacon! Mmmm bacon. I just don't get vegans. Seriously, bacon is the shit. ;)

To make it worse, Sweden should claim Venezuela as a vassal state for the fun of it, We are still officially neutral! lolololololol

The obvious thing would be to tell the Spanish king that they've had second thoughts about this whole independence thing, but Spain can't even keep it's own Iberian provinces together these days.

I wonder if it's time to place bets... which country falls apart first?

1) Belgium
2) Spain
3) The UK

It happened two and half years ago. I probably mentioned it here but it's not like I was really here myself the last five years.

And no children. We're in our 40s.

I didn't say I wasn't here. I said I was barely here. Take 2018 for example. Before I decided, just after Christmas, not to close the forums, I posted in January 2018 then not again until August, then not again until late December. I'd say that constitutes not really being here all the much.
