I said if they were high end, I'd have looked but these weren't... that's a "no".

Three of them hanging around a downtown hotel known for them, smiling and waving me over isn't my idea of a good time.

I came here and was delighted by the flood of oneliners and light conversation. Something I can relate to in my misbeing. That in itself is so random at so many levels, that I can't even think of a reason.

Ever considered a career in politics Jan?

I hear your words and individually they give meaning. I hear your sentences and they sound both interesting and plausible... but I haven't got the slightest clue what you just said :look:

You can see the word, but you can't read it. You can say the word but you can't hear it. Hallelujah, it's Space the final frontier and you already broke it. You are cured.

Just remember, that if it floats, it's a holy shit.

Today, I have chosen to put aside my need for speedy Internet and city life with no insects, in favor of living in the countryside in a house that is 250 years old - It's built in the year of our lord 1753! ^^

I reeeeally need to learn how to manage my impulsive brain when making these kind of decisions... ;)

Oh, my weekend... wow!

Ok, I rarely drink. In fact, other than a beer or glass of wine with a meal, the last time I went out drinking was two years ago.

So Saturday night, I went out alone, started at a pub I used to be a regular at and wound up at a gay bar. I love gay bars. They're friendly. No attitude and no-one starting fist fights.

It was a fantastic ego boost I was in dire need of too. Guys hitting on me I'm used to. But when even the lesbians find you attractive and want you... Needless to say, it was a warm fuzzy feeling that almost compensated for the hangover I had yesterday.

When a lesbian tells you that if more men were like you, she wouldn't be a lesbian... that's a compliment!

Believe it or not, I can be incredibly sweet and charming.

And what is this house thing? Moving to the country or just renting for the summer?

Went for a long walk today, listened to some great tunes, and got my clothes soaked with sweat. Top that off with a nice shower, and I feel pretty damn good about myself.
I do bugger-all, but that's OK;
I sleep all night, and I read all day!

A compliment to you, or a huge insult to all men world wide. ;)
And you? Sweet and charming? Nope, I don't believe it. ^^

And I'm aiming to move permanently. Friends are (if all works out) buying a small farm, but there will be no livestock or anything, and the farm has two houses. So, I'll be renting one of them. That is, IF they manage to buy it. :)

If you're curious, I have a link with some neat pictures of it. But the furniture in the pictures are not mine.
My little house to be, is shown in picture 17 to 25:
