4 Player Action 'RPG' FPS is on sale on Steam for 66% off. Might be something you cyber cowboys would be interested in playing?

I played the first with a couple people and it was, well, just a wander aimlessly, quests were meaningless, shoot'em up and get ridiculous variations of endless weapons, kinda game. And it was fun. I imagine this would be much the same. Little depth but fun with friends.

I bought it, than realized my computer's a senile POS. Also Steam has been wonky for me lately, refusing me TF2.
I have no time for flat characters why should I have times for flat people?

I always found the particular "art" style of the Borderland games intriguing, but the thing about games aimed at co-op is, you need people to play with regularly. Don't know anybody down under into this stuff and time zones means everybody else is not really an option :)

Heck, even my forays into SWTor are almost exclusively playing it solo, barring the odd flashpoint.

borderlands was serious cheese. got really boring really fast. so few good games each year and that wasn't one so i doubt 2 is any better.

The DLC for Borderlands was WAAAY better than the main game. So part 2 could be fun, but I just don't have the time for it.

I actually got my nephew Torchlight 2 and he and I along with my wife and brother-in-law play four person co-op and it is a ton of fun.

I do agree with Trailer Jesus here, Borderlands 2 is even more cheese and "hö hö fun meme jokes all over!!!!"

But the co-op I guess saves it a lot from being a bad game.
