Retailer - Who North America

In my experience, Who North America is something of a rarity. As would be obvious from their name, they carry a wide range of Doctor Who products but they're a US retailer with a focus on other British sci-fi as well, something that surprised me.
In my internet travels, I've heard positive things about them and in looking at their site, they have an online community of Whovians who are also satisfied customers. That's as good a testimonial as anything.
The order was a straightforward transaction. A few clicks, quick status updates in my inbox and then it's the mail. In this instance, there was no personal customer interaction but it simply wasn't needed. I had no question going in and the order arrived with no problems.
If I had any, from what I've seen and heard, I've no doubts I'd be well taken care of.

WhoStore is where I turned when my order was badly botched by the first retailer covered in this review.
On their site they state: "Overseas customers need not worry about extra shipping costs - the price you see is the price you pay!"
With some overseas retailers gouging you on shipping costs, that was as reassuring as seeing "Don't Panic" on the cover of your Guide.
I wasn't disappointed. In fact I was quite pleased with their customer service. Enough so that when a friend wanted some figures not in stock in the NA based stores we liked, I recommended WhoStore and wound up splitting an order with him.
Sebastion did a great job both times, keeping me updated on the order and even adding a couple little extras to the orders, something that helps build customer loyalty.

In closing...
Good service should always be a priority. When deciding where to spend my money, I'll aways go with a company that values its customers.
And fortunately there are still some out there.
